Test Method

The subjects generally take a sitting position and rest quietly for 5 minutes

1、Deep exhalation 

First, exhale deeply and exhale as much gas as possible from the lungs

2、Deep inspiration

Cover the mouth with a disposable filter and inhale deeply until the total lung volume is reached

3、Exhaling 

4-10sAfter inhaling to the total lung volume, immediately exhale at a constant expiratory fow rate for 4-10s

4、Observations 

After successful sampling, the FENO value will be displayed within 1 minute

No water, no food, no smoking, no vigorous exercise within 1 hour before testing, no foodcontaining nitrate within 2 hours, and no alcohol within 4 hours. Avoid air leakage,ventilation, suffocation, and nozzle water during testing.
